Insalatissime cous cous with green salad and walnuts
4 packs of very tasty 160 g Rio Mare Insalatissime – Tuna & Couscous Salad
100 g of mixed soft salad
100g of grated carrots
20 g of walnuts
40 g of extra virgin olive oil
1. Chop the walnuts and toast them in a non-stick pan without adding seasoning.
2. Put the salad in a bowl together with the carrots and walnuts, season with oil, salt and plenty of pepper, complete with the Insalatissime Cous Cous and enjoy immediately.
